This cabernet sauvignon is an intense ruby red. An expressive and deep variety with character, spicy notes, fresh fruit, pepper and chocolate. Agile tannin structure, of harmonious body with a long finish.
The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 1200m. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. In this vineyard they have a special way of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that delivers high quality grapes. The harvest is around mid-March. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 24-26 ° C for 9 days, maceration after fermentation for 5-15 days.
Aging: 3-4 months in French and American oak
