MITOS Chardonnay has a golden yellow color with light green sparkles in the glass.In the fragrance it has notes of ripe fruit with subtle hints of honey, green apple, almond on a fresh, mineral background.In taste, the wine is creamy with a good balance between floral honey, fresh nuts, minerals and has a fresh acidity reminiscent of apple, melon and citrus fruits.A delicious wine to drink as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to all types of fish, seafood, rice and vegetables.
This wine is made from a selection of organic Chardonnay grapes from the region of Valencia.The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel barrels.The wine is then naturally clarified, filtered and bottled, creating a refined, creamy and fresh Chardonnay without additives.
