"Best Edelzwicker ever" Nicolaas Klei. The presence of noble grape varieties in the composition and a well-controlled yield give this edelzwicker a more aromatic character. Muscat notes are left for a touch of Pinot Gris and Riesling. The fragrance is delicately aromatic with white flowers and a discreet fruitiness. Lemon nuances, tropical fruit and apricot. Delicious to drink as an aperitif but is also good with light dishes such as a salad or sashimi.
