A Galil blend made from Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes that combined give the wine a round and fruity character in addition to a delicate acidity.
The grapes were harvested at night when the temperature is at its lowest.Then the grapes are gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the wine estate.After 24-48 hours of clarification, the grapes underwent stretching and fermentation at temperatures between 12-17oC.
The growing season prior to harvest started with a rainy winter.Flowering started with moist soil and good growing conditions.Spring started earlier than usual, leading to early maturity in most plots.The beginning of spring was marked by a strong growth of the vines, which put the winegrowers under pressure to harvest their tasks on time.The weather was moderate throughout the season with no extreme events.The vintage shows signs of very high quality.
