The color of the wine is ruby red with blue reflections.The power of this wine screams even before the scent notes of cracked plum, cassis, coffee and mahogany.
The mouth explodes in an alcoholic warm, torn tannins and cherries to end in a long rhythmic note, lightly toasted.
Fermentation with the skins for 8 to 12 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 23/30 ° C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.The wine is then aged in French oak (225 L) and German oak (2500 L) for 12 months.
