Ella Camenere has spicy notes of fresh herbs at the beginning plus the characteristic floral note of Apalta at the end.On the palate it has a nice structure, ripe tannins and softness on the palate.Medium body and elegant richness.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the morning and processed directly in the wine estate.This is followed by careful vinification under control of the temperature and extraction of the ripe tannins.The wine then ages for 8 months in French oak barrels.
