Nebbiolo Minot is a symbol for those who have started the journey.The one who first believed in the magic of Negretti's landscape: the great-grandfather Minot of the Negretti brothers.
The wine has violet red tones and shimmering amaranth sparkles.In the mouth it starts soft, the wine tells proudly and directly in a whisper of violets, fresh chamomile and menthol influences.Rich flavors of cracked berries and medlar peel.With the same elegance, it envelops your mouth in a silky, graceful way to leave vanilla memories on the aftertaste.
Fermentation with the skins for 10 to 12 days in carbon black steel vats with controlled temperature between 24/28 ° C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.This is followed by a maturation in French oak (225 L) for 12 months.
