Synthesis Sauvignon Blanc 2019

This wine has a very bright greenish-yellow color. Intense citrus flavors, pink grapefruit, passion fruit, lime with an interesting note of rue (flower). On the palate, it has a beautiful floral and citrus balance, lively, voluminous and fresh.

 

The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 4000 feet. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. Special pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard providing high quality grapes. The harvest is done entirely by hand from February: 3 to 5 harvests according to the year, which contain different components, mainly sour and spicy notes in the beginning with in the middle: minerals and citrus notes and finally tropical fruits and more volume in the mouth. This wine has had light wood contact. Maceration in tank at very low temperatures below 3 ° C for 3-5 days. Firming is done with selected yeasts under controlled temperatures between 13-15C.
