This wine is produced only with Greco grapes from 3 different vineyards in 3 different towns of the Avellino province: Montefusco, Tufo and Altavilla Irpina. The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are gently crushed from whole bunches to get the free-running juice. Wine making and maturing on fine lees takes 4 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks.
