Amoenos Vineyards Bostani White 2025

The Amoenos Vineyards Bostani White 2025 displays a bright, yellow-green color in the glass. On the nose, rich, vibrant aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and tropical fruit emerge, immediately complemented by subtle spicy and vegetal notes. On the palate, the Assyrtiko grape provides a crisp minerality, while the Sauvignon Blanc adds extra zest, fresh lime, and white fruit. The wine has a medium body with a strikingly firm acidity, culminating in a clean, dry finish that invites another sip.

This label, named 'Bostani', is the result of a close collaboration between local winegrowers and winemakers, including Angeliki Iatridou, Emorfili Mavridou, and Konstantinos Kontosoros. The wine is produced with fully vegan certification. With this project, the team strives for sustainable viticulture in harmony with nature, where the authenticity of the region and respect for the land take center stage to guarantee a pure expression of the fruit.

The grapes are grown in the northwest of Greece, within the specific appellation P.G.I. Florina in the Amyntaio region. This wine region is uniquely situated between the impressive mountain ranges of Verno, Voras, and Vermio and is surrounded by four large lakes. This specific microclimate protects the vineyards and provides the necessary cooling, allowing the Assyrtiko and Sauvignon Blanc to ripen slowly and optimally retain their characteristic, refreshing acidity.
