Côtes de Thau Cap d'Agde Désir de Rosé displays a pale pink color and a fresh, fruity aroma profile. On the nose, ripe strawberry and citrus predominate, complemented by a subtle peppery spiciness. The taste is fresh and juicy, with red fruit and a light, supple structure, transitioning into a clean, slightly lingering finish.
The wine comes from the IGP Côtes de Thau, in the area of Cap d'Agde on the Mediterranean coast. The southern French climate is perfect for rosés! This region is also located just a few hours from Provence.
