Domaine de la Rouvière Sparkling Wine Brut

Domaine Le Grand Rouvière, located in the village of Roquefort La Bédoule, owes its name to the four-hundred-year-old 'Ruves' oaks. The domaine has 20,000 vines, spread over 50 hectares of vineyards. The Leydier family, who have been harvesting for five generations, have made possible the development of a quality wine that has won several medals. The unique quality of Domaine De La Rouviere Sparkling White is partly due to the special terroir of the vineyards, which is characterized by the stony soil, bathed in the sun and flooded by the mistral. These elements ensure that the soil stores heat during the day and releases it again at night, which leads to minimal temperature differences and the optimal ripening of the grapes. The Sparkling White Brut from La Rouviere is round and soft with notes of grapefruit and peach. The wine is intense and fresh with a long aftertaste.

Made from the grape varieties colombard and semilor. The wine has seductive yellow fruit and a nice freshness.

A wonderful accompaniment to Mediterranean fish dishes and white meat but also very suitable as an aperitif.
