Biancoperla Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico is a super pure and authentic fresh white wine from the DOCG Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi area in the Marche region, central Italy. An area with many hills where a nice wind blows every day. This ensures wonderfully healthy grapes that ripen slowly.
Made from 100% Verdicchio grapes, grown on calcareous clay soil by Fattoria Laila.
The fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures gives the wine a lot of liveliness. Beautiful fruit of apple and lemon and lime, blossom, something of sage and fennel and fresh almond.
Fresh drink with a striking minerality and a typical Italian bitter.
