Waterkloof Circle of Life White 2024

This South African white wine strikes a delightful balance between softness and freshness, with a bright, mineral undertone. Made primarily with Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, with a touch of Semillon, it's partially barrel-fermented for added depth. It features plenty of lime, grapefruit, and peach, plus a hint of tropical fruit that lingers on the finish. Crafted with a gentle hand in the winery, it's layered and elegant, yet fresh, vibrant, and easy to drink.

Waterkloof, founded in 2004 by Paul Boutinot, is a favorite among lovers of wines crafted with care and a strong conscience. This family-run winery prides itself on its organic and biodynamic credentials and even holds the title of WWF Biodiversity Champion. Nestled on the hills of Schapenberg overlooking False Bay, their vineyards benefit from cool breezes and a tranquil growing season, resulting in beautifully balanced fruit. In the cellar, winemaker Nadia Langenegger lets the grapes speak for themselves with minimal intervention, creating wines that feel authentic and refined, offering a true taste of their unique environment.
