Novaia Valpolicella Classico 2024

The Novaia Valpolicella Classico 2024 is a vibrant, organic red wine from the Valpolicella region of Veneto. Made from Corvina (50%), Rondinella (30%), and Corvinone (20%) grapes, sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 250–300 meters in Marano di Valpolicella. After being harvested by hand in September, the wine undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and oak barrels, followed by aging on its lees for 10 months.

In the glass, the wine displays a bright ruby ​​red color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with delicate floral notes, fresh cherries, and subtle spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with good acidity, soft tannins, and a juicy, harmonious finish. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, it is an accessible and elegant wine that reflects the typical characteristics of the Valpolicella region.
