The grapes come from old vineyards, some over 80 years old, rooted in poor, sandy soils mixed with pebbles and limestone. These challenging conditions force the vines to dig deep, resulting in grapes of remarkable concentration and character.

Harvesting is done by hand to preserve the integrity of the delicate clusters. After careful selection, the juice is partially fermented and aged in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity and structure without overshadowing the vibrant character of the Verdejo.
