Radacini Brut is a dry sparkling wine with a clear, light yellow color and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, you smell citrus and green apple, with subtle floral notes. The taste is fresh and lively, with a fine acidity that supports the dry finish.
The wine originates from the Codru wine region in Moldova. After the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is transferred to pressure-resistant tanks for the second fermentation, following the Charmat method. This method preserves the fresh, fruity aromas of the grape and results in a fine, even mousse. The 375ml size makes the wine suitable for smaller occasions.
