Castillo de Aresan, located in the Spanish region of La Mancha, produces this wine with a strong focus on organic and vegan viticulture. The name "La Mar" refers to the vast "sea" of vineyards in the desert-like region. The plots are situated at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level. This altitude is essential for preserving the freshness of the wine; the significant cooling during the nights compensates for the warm daytime temperatures, allowing the grapes to optimally develop their acidity and aromatic expression.
