Lust & Feast Rosé is an alcohol-free aperitif made with rose petals, spices such as cardamom and a hint of cocoa. The taste is soft and refined, with bright floral notes complemented by fuller, spicy accents. A subtle bitter note in the finish provides balance and length, without overpowering the drink's lightness.
The Lust & Feast brand was founded by Thomas Himmer and Dennis Schäfer, both with backgrounds in gastronomy and product development. From Southern Germany, they develop alcohol-free aperitifs based on carefully selected botanicals, aiming to redefine the aperitif moment without compromising on taste or experience.
The rosé is produced without fermentation or alcohol, using gentle cold-extraction methods that preserve the natural aromas of the botanicals used. The drink contains no artificial flavors or colors and was awarded 95 points by Falstaff, placing it at the top of alcohol-free aperitifs in its category.
