Mil Mediterranean Gin is a distinctive small-batch Irish gin that combines traditional Irish distillation with the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. Produced by the team at Pearse Lyons Distillery in Dublin, this gin celebrates the historic connection between Ireland and Spain through an exceptional botanical recipe.
The gin is distilled with a carefully selected blend of almond, basil, bergamot orange, gooseberry, juniper, olive, orris root, rosemary and thyme. These botanicals create a beautifully balanced spirit bursting with citrus freshness, herbal complexity and subtle savoury undertones.
On the nose, vibrant citrus aromas are complemented by basil, thyme, rosemary and classic juniper. The palate is fresh and gently bittersweet, delivering layers of citrus and Mediterranean herbs before finishing with a crisp and refreshing citrus-led finish.
Bottled at 42% ABV, Mil Gin is versatile enough for premium Gin & Tonics and sophisticated cocktails. Its Mediterranean character pairs beautifully with grapefruit, fresh basil or rosemary garnishes.
Mil Gin is crafted by the team behind Pearse Lyons Distillery, located in the restored St. James Church in Dublin. Inspired by the legend of Míl, the mythical Spanish warrior whose descendants are said to have settled Ireland, the gin represents a unique fusion of Iberian and Irish influences.
The distillery has built a reputation for combining Irish craftsmanship with innovative spirit production, creating premium products that showcase both heritage and creativity.
