The Moillard-Grivot Signature Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant red wine from Burgundy, produced by the historic Moillard-Grivot house, using Pinot Noir grapes sourced from vineyards in the Côte d’Or. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and has an alcohol content of 13%. After harvesting, it undergoes a traditional vinification process: first in stainless-steel tanks where malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by aging in 228-liter French oak barrels. Approximately forty percent of the barrels are new oak, adding structure and subtle vanilla notes to the wine. The total maturation period lasts between twelve and fifteen months, giving the wine time to develop complexity and balance.

In the glass, this Pinot Noir displays a deep garnet color with purple reflections. On the nose, the wine expresses classic Burgundian aromas, bringing together red fruits such as cherry and red berries, complemented by hints of darker fruit and refined oak nuances.
