Raddeck Blanc de Noir 2025 – Organic Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir from Rheinhessen
A refined Blanc de Noir from Rheinhessen: made from Pinot Noir yet fresh and elegant in style. Expect wild strawberry, raspberry and mineral notes, followed by a crisp, balanced finish. Read more
The Raddeck Blanc de Noir 2025 offers a fascinating alternative to traditional white wines. Made from Spätburgunder, Germany's name for Pinot Noir, it is a white wine made from blue grapes.
The result is an elegant wine with a subtle champagne-like colour and a fresh, expressive profile. Red-fruit notes such as wild strawberry and raspberry give the wine its distinctive Pinot Noir character, while a fine mineral freshness keeps the palate lively and precise.
It is a wine that feels light and approachable, yet has enough structure and mineral character to make it particularly enjoyable at the table.
About Weingut Raddeck
Weingut Raddeck is based in Nierstein in Rheinhessen, one of Germany's most renowned wine regions. The Raddeck family has been involved in viticulture for generations, with Stefan and Anna-Karina Raddeck now leading the estate.
Stefan Raddeck has been responsible for the estate's winemaking since 2006, while Anna-Karina is involved in sales, events and the day-to-day running of the winery.
The winery has worked under controlled organic viticulture since 2003, with a strong focus on biodiversity, soil health and responsible use of natural resources. The estate is situated in the Paterberg vineyard area, where limestone-rich soils provide an important foundation for its Burgundy varieties.
Wine style
The Raddeck Blanc de Noir 2025 is a great choice for wine lovers looking for something beyond the usual Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling.
It combines the delicate red-fruit character associated with Pinot Noir with the freshness and elegance of a dry white wine. This makes it equally suitable as an aperitif and as a versatile food wine.
