Domaine Singla La Matine 2023 is a distinctive organic red wine from the sun-drenched Roussillon region in Southern France. Deep ruby red in colour, La Matine reveals expressive aromas of blackberries, black cherries and ripe forest fruits, layered with notes of cocoa, black pepper, wild herbs and subtle earthy nuances. Domaine Singla is a family-owned estate led by Laurent de Besombes Singla, who transformed the property into one of Roussillon's leading organic producers. Since taking over the family vineyards, he has focused on restoring biodiversity and working in harmony with nature. Herbicides and synthetic fertilizers were replaced by natural vineyard management practices, and the estate has been certified organic since 2006.
