The Domaine de Cazaban Demoiselle 2022 is a natural wine from AOP Minervois, Languedoc. The combination of the warm southern French sun and the varied soil of schist and limestone loam gives us this warm, earthy, and fruity red wine.
In this wine, you will find aromas primarily of ripe black fruit: blackberries, blueberries, and cherries. The tannins are soft and highlight the juiciness and light spiciness. The wine has a surprising acidity, which keeps everything well balanced.
This certified natural wine comes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards, where the winemaker intervenes as little as possible and primarily lets nature do its work. The grapes are hand-picked and ferment "spontaneously" using their own natural yeasts. Furthermore, no sulfites or other chemical agents are added.
Domaine de Cazaban can be found on the wine lists of several Michelin-starred restaurants in France.
