By selecting our best organic grapes, the Monastrell and Merlot varieties are additionally and individually vinified to show the typical characteristics of each variety. The Merlot gives the aromas of pepper, black fruit and truffle, while the Monastrell gives the wine the warmth of the Spanish Mediterranean climate, making it fruity and soft. The third variety that makes up this special wine is Alicante Bouschet, also known as Garnacha Tintorera, known for producing tannins and a very intense color. The wine as a whole is fruity, with red and black fruits mixed with sweet floral aromas. In the mouth the wine is round and warm, easy to drink with a good and very pleasant aftertaste.
Harvesting takes place early to keep the grapes intact as much as possible. The skins and seeds are soaked for a short time with the wine at low temperatures so that the tannins do not become excessive. The result is a fantastic ruby red wine accompanied by intense fruit aromas and soft ripe tannins.
