The wine has a mahogany color, with an orange tint.The scent of the wine is intense and complex.A pure aroma, full of fruit, especially bitter orange.The taste is rich, soft and at the same time ripe on the palate, woody with a strong orange finish.
Ideal in chocolate and truffle desserts.Delicious on soufflés and chocolate cookies.Due to its richness in nuances and contrast, we recommend pairing it with foie gras, smoked meats and blue cheeses.Also recommended as a digestif after dinner.
