For ancient civilizations, the rose was the "flower of silence". Nowadays, the Rosa di Santa Tresa immediately sets tongues wagging. This delicious rosé is made from equal parts organically grown Nero d'Avola and Frappato. Thanks to a very delicate pressing of only 0.6 bar, it is very light in color and beautifully pure in taste. The blend of these two grape varieties produces an authentic rosé that is truly Sicilian. Red fruit on the nose, with hints of violets and roses. Light Mediterranean herbs. The taste is elegant and persistent, with raspberries and wild strawberries and excellent acidity in the aftertaste. It is very versatile and goes perfectly with light vegetable or fish dishes or, for example, a plate of charcuterie. Also ideal with sushi, and of course as an aperitif. Serve not too cold at about 10-12 C°.
