This Tinto is primarily based on Mencía, complemented by small amounts of other local varieties, sourced from old vineyards that are often only workable by hand. Low yields and the natural balance of the vineyards produce grapes with aromatic precision and lively acidity. In the cellar, minimal intervention is practiced: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging that allows the wine to express its own character without the influence of oak.

In the glass, the 2023 shows a light, almost translucent color, immediately signaling its style. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of fresh red fruit such as sour cherry, raspberry, and red currant, followed by floral notes, dried flowers, and subtle spice.
